Pennsylvania Events

There are big elections across Pennsylvania in 2010. And we want you to be part of the movement to get young people registered to vote and back to the polls this year! Rock the Vote is going to register tens of thousands of voters at concerts and festivals, bars and block parties, on campus and off. We can't do it alone. We need your help.

Here are a few upcoming events in the Philadelphia area. To sign up, simply fill out the form to the right and check the volunteer events you can attend and click submit. Someone will contact you to confirm.

CHINATOWN BLOCK PARTY

Saturday July 3
Chinatown (north of City Center district)

Rock the Vote is partnering with Welcome America and Philadelphia's Chinatown to bring in the weekend's festivities with an awesome block party!Enjoy cooking demonstrations, a festive open air market and a multitude of exciting dance and musical performances. Rock the Vote will be on the ground registering new voters and we need your help!

PARTY ON THE PARKWAY

Rock the Vote is partnering with Welcome America and the City of Philadelphia for this year's largest 4th of July celebration! During the day there will be free entertainment and lots of food, and at night "the largest free concert in America" kicks-off!  The GooGoo Dolls, The Roots, Chrisette Michele and Chuck Brown are all performing. So, signup now to volunteer and have a front seat to this once in a lifetime event!

Brown Bear Festival

Rock the Vote will be registering voters this year at the Brown Bear Festival and Music Festival to Rebuild HAITI.

Slightly Stoopid Tour

The legendary Cypress Hill headline this tour. It'll be amazing. Come register new voters with Rock the Vote at the Slightly Stoopid Tour! Set-up begins at 10:30.
